JUAN CARRAU Cabernet Rosé

HISTORY
Since the arrival of the first Juan Carrau to South America, this name has remained in the family and has been synonymous with passion and care in the production of fine wines for more than 10 generations started in Catalonia, Spain.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION
100% Cabernet Sauvignon

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. Then they are destemmed, crushed and pressed, and then the premium juice (with a pale pink color) goes to stainless steel tanks. An enzymatic decantation is carried out, and it is fermented without the skin at 16ºC.

TASTING NOTE
Young rosé wine, with delicate aromas of fresh fruits such as cherries and raspberries, with balanced acidity that makes it a pleasant and ideal wine to enjoy as a starter or to accompany pasta with light sauces and salads. Serve at 10ºC.
