This collection is made up of wines from selected grapes from a single limited production block, making only 4 barrels of wine.
Las Violetas, Canelones, Uruguay
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. After a 2-days short maceration at low temperature they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-25ºC. Finally, it rests for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Aged red wine. Intense purple-red in color. Aromas of plum raisins, blueberries, spices and vanilla. Ripe tannins combined with oak aging make it a structured and round wine. Ideal to pair with lamb, red meat or pasta. Serve at 18ºC.
