This collection is made up of wines from selected grapes from a single limited production block, making only 4 barrels of wine.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. After a 2-days short maceration at low temperature they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-25ºC. Finally, it rests for 12 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Aged red wine. Intense dark red color. Delicate notes of red fruits, prunes and raspberries combined with subtle notes of vanilla. Aging in barrels provides complexity. This wine is structured and persistent in the mouth. Ideal to pair with roast beef, pork and spicy foods. Serve at 18ºC.
