The DIXIÈME brand pays tribute to the 10 generations that have been working tirelessly in the production of fine wines for more than 265 years.

The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. The base wine is Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel with 30% fermented in French oak barrels. This is what adds complexity to this sparkling wine that rests for 10 months on the lees.
Intense yellow in color, it combines fruity and toasted aromas, which shows its aging on the lees. Balanced, delicate and gastronomic wine. Serve at 7ºC.
