HISTORY
Over the last 40 years, Bodegas Carrau has studied and identified the best blocks for each variety of grape in Las Violetas. These are obtained due to ideal conditions that occur in our vineyards, where the best aromas and flavours were achieved for each variety.

WINEMAKING
Aged white wine made with very ripe Chardonnay grapes. The must is clarified and fermented in French oak barrels, where it remains in contact with its lees for 6 months.
TASTING NOTE
Aged white wine, intense but at the same time delicate with a scent of tropical fruits in harmony with the oak. In the mouth it is complex, dry, and robust, preserving for a long time
its liveliness and freshness. Ideal to accompany fish with creamy sauces. Serve at 8ºC.
