JUAN CARRAU Chardonnay

HISTORY
Since the arrival of the first Juan Carrau to South America, this name has remained in the family and has been synonymous with passion and care in the production of fine wines for more than 10 generations started in Catalonia, Spain.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION
100% Chardonnay

WINEMAKING
The bunches are first selected, then destemmed, crushed and refrigerated to protect their aromas. The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press obtaining top quality juice, and an enzymatic decantation is carried out prior to fermentation. It is fermented at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.

TASTING NOTE
Young white wine, with aromas of fruits and citrus and medium acidity. Pineapple, green apple and lemon are among its main descriptors. We recommend drinking it alone or accompanying it with chicken or rabbit, seafood, and pasta. Serve at 10ºC.
