These Juan Carrau Great Reserves wines are produced with high quality grapes, harvested at the optimum moment of maturity with low yields, resulting in a highly concentrated wine.

100% Petit Manseng
WINEMAKING
Destemmed and crushed from previously selected bunches harvested by hand. Fermented in 300-liter French oak barrels and aged in there for 10 months with the traditional batonnage.
TASTING NOTE
Aged white wine. Intense golden color with yellow notes. Aromas reminiscent of apricot, honey and citrus. A complex white wine, with good structure and acidity that makes it fresh and delicate. Ideal to accompany blue and strong cheeses and white meats. Serve at 10ºC.
