BODEGAS CARRAU Marselán
This collection is made up of wines from selected grapes from a single limited production block, making only 4 barrels of wine.
Melilla, Montevideo, Uruguay.
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. After a 2-days short maceration at low temperature they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-25ºC. Finally, it rests for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Aged red wine. Intense ruby red in color. Aromas of plum jam, black pepper, chocolate and tobacco. This wine shows the perfect balance between fruit and oak wood. Ideal to pair with red meat or grilled vegetables. Serve at 18ºC.
