HISTORY
Since the arrival of the first Juan Carrau to South America, this name has remained in the family and has been synonymous with passion and care in the production of fine wines for more than 10 generations started in Catalonia, Spain.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are completely destemmed and the berrys are cooled to 12 ºC with almost no crushing. Then they are pressed, very gently in pneumatic presses. From the juice obtained only the cleanest fraction is used, providing us with the best aromas after alcoholic fermentation, which occurs at 17ºC.
TASTING NOTE
Young white wine that clearly shows the characteristics of the variety. Intense aromas of passion fruit and guava, with marked acidity. Ideal to drink it alone or accompany it with mild vinaigrettes, green vegetables and white meats. Serve at 10ºC.
