HISTORY
This collection is made up of wines from selected grapes from a single limited production block, making only 4 barrels of wine.

VARIETAL COMPOSITION
100% Cabernet Franc

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. After a 2-days short maceration at low temperature they are fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22-25ºC. Finally, it rests for 12 months in French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE
Aged red wine. Deep red in color. Delicate aromas of cherries and grilled red bell peppers. A balanced and velvety wine in the mouth with subtle notes of vanilla and chocolate. Ideal to pair with grilled vegetables, red meat and pizza. Serve at 18ºC.
