Since the arrival of the first Juan Carrau to South America, this name has remained in the family and has been synonymous with passion and care in the production of fine wines for more than 10 generations started in Catalonia, Spain.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 16 kg crates. Then they are selected and vinified with a 2-days short maceration at low temperature and then fermented in stainless steel tanks at 22ºC.
TASTING NOTE
Young red wine, with aromas of red fruits such as cherries and prune raisins. Medium acidity, ripe and velvety tannins due to its 9 months aging in 4th-use barrels. It is an ideal wine to accompany different types of strong cheeses and roasted red meats. Serve at 15ºC.
