JUAN CARRAU Tannat Rosé

HISTORY
Since the arrival of the first Juan Carrau to South America, this name has remained in the family and has been synonymous with passion and care in the production of fine wines for more than 10 generations started in Catalonia, Spain.

100% Tannat

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested by hand and selected upon arrival at the winery. Then they are destemmed, crushed and deposited in stainless steel tanks, where they are left to macerate for about 6 or 8 hours. Afterwards we proceed to separate part of the pink juice without skin into another stainless-steel tank, where it ferments at 16ºC.

TASTING NOTE
Young rosé wine, with intense aromas of fresh fruits such as strawberries, cherries and plums, with a marked but friendly acidity, achieving a pleasant and ideal wine to enjoy as a starter or to accompany salads, bruschettas and seafood. Serve at 10ºC.
